Calculations rely on the amounts you declare; the final decision is always yours.
Free to start, and Avanci Pro can be canceled at any time.
These General Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of Avanci, an online personal financial planning service.
By creating an account, you accept these Terms without reservation. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
Avanci lets you:
Declare your monthly income and expenses, without any connection to your bank
Create life projects and visualize your 12-month savings trajectory
Get your savings split across your projects, Win suggestions and a tip of the month
Validate each month the savings you actually set aside and track your progress
Access conditions:
Avanci is reserved for adult natural persons, for personal, non-professional use. Registration requires a valid email address, confirmed through the link we send you.
Your account:
An account is strictly personal
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential; any activity carried out from your account is presumed to be yours
The "Stay signed in" option keeps your session for 30 days on the device used; do not enable it on a shared device
Availability:
We do our best to keep the service available at all times. However, we may interrupt it temporarily for maintenance, updates or force majeure.
Avanci Free (€0):
1 active life project
12-month trajectory with a choice of savings pace, monthly validation, one Win suggestion per month, tip of the month, email reminders and monthly recap
Avanci Pro (€4.99 per month or €49 per year, launch price):
Everything in the Free plan
Up to 5 active life projects at once
"What if" scenarios (simulated, nothing saved)
Detailed monthly recap by project
Up to 2 extra Win ideas and 3 in-depth tip analyses per calendar month
CSV export of the trajectory and journey
Priority support: reply within 24 business hours (72 business hours on the Free plan)
Suggested Wins do not count toward the active project limit.
Moving to the Free plan:
When Pro access ends (end of trial, cancellation or failed payment), life projects beyond the Free plan limit are paused: they leave the trajectory but are neither deleted nor archived, and savings already recorded are kept. The project kept active is the one with the highest importance, then the oldest. Paused projects resume automatically when you return to Avanci Pro. Current prices are shown on the Pricing page and at the time of subscription.
14-day free trial:
The Avanci Pro trial starts automatically when the account is created, once per account, and does not require a bank card
If no payment method is added by the end of the trial, your account automatically returns to Avanci Free, with no charge
If the trial could not start at sign-up, it remains available from the "My subscription" tab, where you can also subscribe directly
Payment:
Payments are processed by our provider Stripe, which is PCI-DSS certified. Avanci never sees or stores your card numbers.
Renewal:
The Avanci Pro subscription is monthly or yearly, depending on the chosen plan, and renews automatically at each due date, with no commitment beyond the current period. Any price change is announced to subscribers at least 30 days in advance; you can cancel before it applies.
Cancellation:
You can cancel at any time from Profile and settings > My subscription > Manage my subscription
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep Avanci Pro until that date, with no prorated refund
Your invoices are available in the same place
Right of withdrawal:
You have 14 days from your first paid subscription to withdraw. Email us at contact@avanci.app: the amount paid is refunded in full.
Payment issues:
If a payment fails, we notify you by email. If the situation is not resolved, access to Avanci Pro features may be suspended and your account returns to Avanci Free; your data is kept.
What Avanci is not:
Avanci is a planning and visualization tool. We are not a financial investment advisor, a bank or payment institution, or an accounting firm.
Indicative calculations:
Trajectories, splits, suggestions and tips are calculated automatically from the information you declare, and nothing else. They are indicative guides, not personalized financial advice: the final decision is always yours.
Your responsibility:
The accuracy and upkeep of the amounts you enter
The financial decisions you make based on the information displayed
The security of your credentials
Limitation of liability:
To the extent permitted by law, Avanci cannot be held liable for:
Any financial loss resulting from decisions made using the service
An incorrect result caused by inaccurate or incomplete data
Service unavailability beyond our control
Avanci's property:
The Avanci platform (code, calculations, interface, brand, logo, visual identity) is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
Your data belongs to you:
Your projects, amounts, preferences and history remain your property. At any time, you can:
Edit them directly in the app
Request a copy by emailing contact@avanci.app
Erase them permanently by deleting your account (Article 8)
The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By using Avanci, you agree to:
Provide accurate information when signing up
Not use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
Not attempt to access other users' accounts
Not disrupt the platform (attacks, automated requests, spam, etc.)
Not extract, copy or resell the service, its calculations or its code
In case of a breach, we may temporarily suspend your account or close it under the conditions of Article 8.
Deletion by the user:
You can delete your account at any time from Profile and settings > Danger zone, by confirming your password. Deletion is immediate and permanent:
Your profile, projects, monthly journey, score and preferences are erased
Any ongoing Avanci Pro subscription is canceled immediately, with no prorated refund
A confirmation email is sent to you
Your invoices are kept by our payment provider for as long as our legal obligations require
Closure by Avanci:
We may close an account in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity or persistent non-payment. Except in urgent cases, you are informed by email 15 days in advance.
We may update these Terms, in particular to keep pace with changes to the service.
Any significant change is notified to you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect
If you do not accept it, you can delete your account before that date
The current version and its update date are always available on this page
Governing law:
These Terms are governed by French law.
Complaints:
If you run into a problem, please contact us first at contact@avanci.app: we will look for an amicable solution with you.
Mediation:
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may refer the matter to a consumer mediator free of charge if your complaint has not been resolved.
Jurisdiction:
Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute is brought before the competent French courts.
